Absolute best dentist in entire area, really brilliant, an expert capable of dealing with every imaginable sort of dental issue(s). Has own lab too, so perfect one to see for excellent dental caps, crowns.
I'm coming here for about 3 month with a big problem. The team is unbelievable nice and caring so much. Today is hopefully my last appointment but I will miss coming here. The smiles and friendly faces touch my heart. I was at one point a drama queen and cried out loud in pain. I was so embarrassed and even more when Dr. GERLECZ said he is sorry. Very first visit. Was highly recommended by a family member. Super friendly office staff. The hygienist was very thorough and explained things about my gums that no other hygienist has done. The doctor was also very thorough and told me he only does treatments that are truly necessary and not those that just bring in more revenue. Super friendly and made me feel that he truly cares about me and my health.
Easily, the most pleasurable dental experience I've ever had. It was my first visit and aside from the normal pictures, X-rays, and questionaire, Dr. Gerlecz was very easy to converse with and allowed the whole dental experience to flow naturally. I'm switching my entire family over to his practice.
We highly recommend Dr. Gerlecz and his staff for all your dental needs. We think his office is the BEST in Bay County. Why? Professional and knowledgeable staff, and did I mention Friendly - yes, a truly great office. We have been going to his office for years. Again, we highly recommend his office. 🌟
