Hello. I am a single older white female that lives at Germantown Village. I’ve lived here for five years and I love it. I’ve never had a problem with the neighborhood the neighbors or the people that Take care of the Apartments. Miss Stephanie runs the office and Mr. Duane is our maintenance man. There’s only two of them that take care of 60 units here and I think they do an amazing job. They are good about taking care of your problems immediately if you have any . The manager was incredibly polite and informative. I left feeling excited about the possibility of living here!
Everyone that I have spoken to were very helpful and answered all of my questions. It seems like they strive very hard to always be improved their community. Very helpful with all of the screening process and helped to make sure they have everything needed. Very fast at returning calls to answer questions. I highly recommend this community all communication with manager and maintenance staff very positive and very helpful.
Beautiful residence living here. Love Miss. Stephanie and all the hard work she does to keep the place looking amazing!
