We spoke with Nancy about the mortgage application in the last week of November 20222 and were able to close on December 19, less than one month. Nancy understood that we were first-time home buyers without experience so she came very simple and down to earth. she was there to answer all our questions and offered explanations even at odd hours. They will find you the best rate and best loan for your situation. They let you choose any type of mortgage you want and help find the best one for you. Most importantly they make sure you understand all your options and very thoroughly explain everything.
Just as we were ready to give up, our realtor suggested we talk to Chelsey. She had a plan to get us approved one way or the other which was great. Once approved, it was smooth sailing it was such a breeze i was waiting for something to go wrong as everything was going too smooth. We closed on 9/16/22 and I'm still in disbelief because the process was so smooth. Chelsey and her team were awesome to work with and I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
