Awesome Mortgage Broker I highly recommend Scott Alberson for any mortgage needs. He is a very good guy and he helped us get our mortgage and refinance several times to save a lot of money. Gershman doesn't always have the lowest rate but they offer free refinancing for the life of your loan. And they do an excellent job of documentation and have a first class reputation. I think they're definitely worthy of your trust.

Horrible Experience I worked with Kim and Scott and they were good up front, but it was a horrible experience after I locked in. I can safely say I will never work with them again nor will I recommend them. Fees "popped" up at closing and when I questioned some things Scott made it seem like I was taking money out of his pocket and he wasn't going to be able to feed his kids. With it being my first homebuying experience, it was not a pleasant one at all.
