Joe was an absolute dream to work with. This was our first time selling and buying at the same time and we went into the process a bit quickly and with some debt we were trying to take care of, but Joe was very helpful and accommodating and was able to help us work it out in our favor. He was very quick to respond when we had questions or concerns and always had the answers. We would absolutely return to him.

I worked with Jeff Widmeyer over at Gershman and had an awesome experience as a first time home-buyer! He went out of his way to work on programs they don't usually do much of because it was the only one that allowed us to purchase a home with no money down in our situation. Where do I begin?! To some up it, everything that could go wrong, Absofreaknlutely did go wrong AND some!!!!! Andy, never ever lost his cool. We spoke with Nancy about the mortgage application in the last week of November 20222 and were able to close on December 19, less than one month. Nancy understood that we were first-time home buyers without experience so she came very simple and down to earth. she was there to answer all our questions and offered explanations even at odd hours. She guided us in understanding some complex mortgage documents and helped us make informed decisions
