Doctor, Tech, Office Staff -- all great! But your billing department and your corporate billing practices are very uncooperative. Wanted them work with me. I am having 36 (5 days a week) treatments and I wanted Lifestance to work with me to establish a payment plan. But, I was told that the "Front Office" might stop treatments if I didn't pay every day. Jeez, I am so frustrated with the corporate Health care system. Medical staff - fab! Lifestance Corporation -- avoid at all cost.
Best care in the Bluegrass. Wouldn’t change from LifeStance. Response and knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Tovar managing my needs.
Very positive review. Doctor ask how was I doing and listened to my needs on adjusting my medications. He, himself made me a follow up appointment.
