Dr Tovar is absolutely the best .Hes knowledgable,compassate,..has a genuine concern for his patients..very professional
Dr. Tovar has been a supportive and effective psychiatrist for the past four years, helping me successfully manage depression, anxiety, and insomnia.
Dr Tovar is great. I do telehealth. I try to avoid the front office staff as they all seem incompetent. I never call them directly I always use the portal and message Dr Tovar directly instead.
He’s the best professional I have ever worked with!
