The technician Bryan Gray was excellent and worked quickly and efficiently to solve the issue. He was professional and nice. I would highly recommend Gideon Heating and Air Conditioning.
Gideon’s Technician Daniel stopped by today for my first service and gave me an entire lesson on everything I needed to know, including what I needed to worry about and what I did not need to worry about. That honesty is what I always appreciate instead of just being sold a sales pitch. I will be requesting him in the future
Appreciate the level of service Gideon Heating and Air provides. Bryan was professional, polite, knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. Hope to see him again in the spring for our next service contract check in.
I needed service on a whole house and a split. I called in the morning and by 10:30 they had an excellent service man here, Bryan! He got straight to work and served both units. Gideon came recommended by a friend who is a builder and I know why, they are the best! Plan on using them soon to replace my HVAC.
We Needed an entire system for our house as it was old and the cost to repair was high so we decided to apply the cost of repair to new units. Gideon Heating & Air Conditioning was chosen. So pleased we chose them. We began talking with Cameron Hall of Gideon as he wanted to be sure all was done to what we want but also with his experience for him to inform us as to what is best for the application and with options.
