Zac H. with Gideon Htg & A/C was very thorough & professional in identifying the issues we had with our a/c unit last week. He was able to provide recommendations, pricing, and lead times for repairs. Parts came in earlier than expected and Zac came back to complete the repair this week. Zac was professional, timely, stayed on task, and completed the repair rapidly, leaving the area cleaner than when it was. Thank you!!!
I just want to say thank you to the management at Gideon HVAC for addressing a HVAC issue in a timely and professional manner. The GM was supportive and committed to resolving the issue. While the issue created a disruptive period they worked diligently to develop and implement a repair plan. The install team was great and James, Zeke and Buddy were very informative and conscientious while resolving the problem. I have been a long time Gideon customer and even with this extended issue intend to remain a one.
My HVAC system failed on a Sunday. I called Gideon expecting to get an answering service. I got a human! They sent a tech (Zack) out. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a failed fan motor in my air handler. They ordered the part and another tech (Nick) was able to come out the following Friday and get the system running again in less than 2 hours. Gideon’s tech came out for regular maintenance. Not sure if from Wilmington or Surf City. A few days later, the attic was flooded. No issues before tech arrived. They did not dispute it was their fault. We were on vacation at the time. Due to how long the water sat, plus no AC, the damage was very substantial to multiple rooms. Substantial damage. My family had to stay somewhere else for a week during the major water and mold remediation They knew we have a young family and infant. The bed and crib were in the damaged room.... read more
