We had a great experience with Gideon. Caleb arrived on short notice and did a wonderful job troubleshooting a complicated issue with our HVAC units. Everyone we spoke with at Gideon was helpful and cared - highly recommend them!
Wow, what a fantastic company to do business with! Eric and Sarah arrived properly diagnosed the situation performed what They thought they would repair the problem and it did. They were very professional went above and beyond the necessary things to make me feel comfortable about the work they had done and the charge for the work was reasonable and done in an expedited manner. Team Chris was excellent in replacing one of our HVAC units. Team members were courteous and conscious of being careful as they moved about our home, going in and out many times as they professionally went about their work. Highly recommend this team and company. This was the second unit Gideon H&A has replaced for us. Both times have been equally worthy of praise.
