We had a great experience with Gideon. Caleb arrived on short notice and did a wonderful job troubleshooting a complicated issue with our HVAC units. Everyone we spoke with at Gideon was helpful and cared - highly recommend them!
Wow, what a fantastic company to do business with! Team Chris was excellent in replacing one of our HVAC units. Team members were courteous and conscious of being careful as they moved about our home, going in and out many times as they professionally went about their work. Highly recommend this team and company. This was the second unit Gideon H&A has replaced for us. Both times have been equally worthy of praise.
We had Caleb Norris come when our A/C stopped working. He was just delightful and respectful. Promptly completed the repair and was on his way. Highly recommend.
Team Chris replaced our furnace drain pan and adjusted our air ducts. They arrived promptly, were polite and respectful, and shared pictures of what they had done. They even vacuumed up our stairs. We have a maintenance contract with Gideon and have always been pleased with their work.
