We could not be happier with the service we have received with Gideon through the years. From service calls to having a brand new system installed, they are the best in the game. Each employee we had the pleasure of working with was extremely professional with very quick response times for each question we had and made everything so easy for us as owners. Everyone had a great attitude and made sure we were satisfied each time. We look forward to continuing to using Gideon for all of our properties!
Have been very pleased with the service Gideon provides… Daniel provided our maintenance this week and was personable as well as thorough in his work… office staff has always been friendly… my only issue is they do not have a calling service after hours and our ac unit, which Gideon installed, has had three issues in less than two years. Would still highly recommend.
On July 4th air conditioner stopped working. Called several other companies on Google with no answers. Called Gideons and got an answer and the receptionist was very nice and had someone called while still on the phone with me. Zac H. Came within an hour of me calling. Found and fixed the problem promptly. He was very polite and knowledgeable and tried explaining what had happened. Thanks Zac 😊

Bryan Gray was my technician, and arrived within three hours of my distress call! (after the AC completely shut down). He determined and fixed the problem within an hour. In this case, a bad capacitor. I had had another company come by for a “$99 check up,” some months back, and they mentioned, among other things that the capacitor was wearing out.
