Our heating system was making terrible sounds so we called Gideons to see if they could come out to see what the issue was. Eric Geneas came out and went above and beyond trying to figure out what it was. It was late afternoon on a Saturday and most people would have rushed to leave but Eric worked meticulously checking everything possible until he finally found the problem. Zac H. with Gideon Htg & A/C was very thorough & professional in identifying the issues we had with our a/c unit last week. He was able to provide recommendations, pricing, and lead times for repairs. Parts came in earlier than expected and Zac came back to complete the repair this week. Zac was professional, timely, stayed on task, and completed the repair rapidly, leaving the area cleaner than when it was. Thank you!!!
I just want to say thank you to the management at Gideon HVAC for addressing a HVAC issue in a timely and professional manner. The GM was supportive and committed to resolving the issue. While the issue created a disruptive period they worked diligently to develop and implement a repair plan. The install team was great and James, Zeke and Buddy were very informative and conscientious while resolving the problem. I have been a long time Gideon customer and even with this extended issue intend to remain a one.
My HVAC system failed on a Sunday. I called Gideon expecting to get an answering service. I got a human! They sent a tech (Zack) out. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a failed fan motor in my air handler. They ordered the part and another tech (Nick) was able to come out the following Friday and get the system running again in less than 2 hours.
