We could not be happier with the service we have received with Gideon through the years. From service calls to having a brand new system installed, they are the best in the game. Each employee we had the pleasure of working with was extremely professional with very quick response times for each question we had and made everything so easy for us as owners. Everyone had a great attitude and made sure we were satisfied each time. We look forward to continuing to using Gideon for all of our properties!
Bryan Gray was my technician, and arrived within three hours of my distress call! (after the AC completely shut down). He determined and fixed the problem within an hour. In this case, a bad capacitor. I had had another company come by for a “$99 check up,” some months back, and they mentioned, among other things that the capacitor was wearing out. Chris, James, and Rohan did an exceptional job with a very difficult install and stayed late into Friday evening to ensure everything was completed before the weekend. Cannot say enough great things about the overall service and professionalism of the crew.
Gideon’s Technician Daniel stopped by today for my first service and gave me an entire lesson on everything I needed to know, including what I needed to worry about and what I did not need to worry about. That honesty is what I always appreciate instead of just being sold a sales pitch. I will be requesting him in the future
