Team Chris was excellent in replacing one of our HVAC units. Team members were courteous and conscious of being careful as they moved about our home, going in and out many times as they professionally went about their work. Highly recommend this team and company. This was the second unit Gideon H&A has replaced for us. Both times have been equally worthy of praise.
Gideon has been great! The technicians that have visited my house have been courteous and professional. Daniel was at my home to conduct the biannual maintenance to my HVAC systems and he was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions, I highly recommend this company.
Our heating system was making terrible sounds so we called Gideons to see if they could come out to see what the issue was. Eric Geneas came out and went above and beyond trying to figure out what it was. It was late afternoon on a Saturday and most people would have rushed to leave but Eric worked meticulously checking everything possible until he finally found the problem. I just want to say thank you to the management at Gideon HVAC for addressing a HVAC issue in a timely and professional manner. The GM was supportive and committed to resolving the issue. While the issue created a disruptive period they worked diligently to develop and implement a repair plan. The install team was great and James, Zeke and Buddy were very informative and conscientious while resolving the problem. I have been a long time Gideon customer and even with this extended issue intend to remain a one.
Appreciate Eric and his knowledge of our thermostat. He was able to correct a wiring issue and saved us money by not having to replace it. Gideon provides honest and reliable service. Thank you Eric!
