I waited months to get my son an appointment. The day of i got out of work early and tried to sign in to the televisit. I was having problems after filling out question after question. I called the office and waited on hold and then got a text to sign on. Now its ten minutes after the appt. I signed in and she wasn't there and when she finally got on, there was no video of her or anything.
