I like my Dr immensely. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They keep charging me a copay when I don't have one which takes me at least twenty minutes on the phone to get reimbursed in TEN days. It's ridiculous. .
I was very impressed with my new psychiatrist Gina Vaisburg !! She was very knowledgeable and helpful in our first meeting after being a patient at OSU Psychiatry for 10 years and dealing with a new Psychiatrist every year!! Looking forward to healing and being the best that I can be!!
As usual, our session started right on time. Gina asks open ended, introductary questions to get the sessions started. She then asks open ended follow up questions. She makes a few (the right number) useful comments that are clearly rooted in what I have said. Today she was especially helpful when I was having a difficult time articulating a few thoughts. She was on target each time.
I thought I was going to a counseling appointment today. Miss Gina informed me that she deals with medication. She also said she would request counseling. I was disappointed it wasn’t today. I will go back in March. I won’t go if there’s no counseling. I have since decided to go to a different company
She is terrific. Really enjoy talking with her. The billing is still giving me a run for my money and now they threatened no charge card no visit. I don't know what is with their billing but very stressful. I wish I would never have submitted more than Workman's Comp. They are supposed to reverse it in 30 to 45 days off Medicare. I really wish I had peace of mind with this. They need an American Made company who understands billing and customer needs. Their doctors are excellent.
