I have left several messages for someone to please call me regarding my father-in-law needing an apt. We are moving to NC from OK and all I ever get is a voicemail to leave a message that all agents are busy. We have even mailed in a hard copy application and still have not heard from anyone. I would really appreciate to be contacted.
I absolutely love this place ! Location is Convenient to shopping ,great gym nearby offering indoor pool and lots of classes, a very good hospital right next to it. Also all the outdoor activities you could ever want , water falls , hiking etc . Lake Junaluska is really nice !! Waynesville is a sweet town ...Management team here are all wonderful and do their very best to make this complex a good place to live .. shout out to the new Maintenance man !!
The apartments are very spacious. The office staff, Linda and Sharon, are wonderful.
Staff is friendly and helpful, well kept grounds, nice place to live. Hope to move in soon
