Our family entrusted Glacier Hills Senior Living with my mom's care for two weeks following a major surgery after being referred there by Trinity Health. Unfortunately, our experience fell well below what we expected during such a critical time. The biggest disappointment was the nursing care and overall customer service. There is a darkness that walks the halls of Glacier Hills Memory Care. It is a place that will leave you with a very hollow feeling. It will begin with promises of the highest level of care for your loved one. Update since original review: One of 2 family members who resided together in the independent living portion of Glacier Hills very sadly passed away a couple of weeks ago. Our surviving family member was transfered by our family to the memory care facility for supportive care. On the second night in the memory care facility, our surviving family member had an unfortunate episode of diarrhea that soiled both clothing and bedding substantially. My father was placed in Glacier Hills to get physical therapy after a fall. He has been there three days and received physical therapy only once … and that was primarily putting him on a stationary bicycle and saying “pedal.“ So far it appears that they are simply warehousing my dad. I will update this as things progress, or don’t. Update: Things got incrementally better during my dad's 2 week stay. One of the therapists he liked a lot, the other not at all.

Glacier Hills has proven time and time again why you would want you family members to live in such an amazing community. They have excellent leadership that is hands on. They strive to ensure all patients are taking care of, needs are meant and goals are meant. I would recommend my grandparents to Glacier Hills!!!!
