Matt is absolutely superb at his mastery of customer service, and was a complete life savor during one of the worst Mondays I've ever had in my career. Following a 7am dentist appointment I walked into a moving job much larger than expected. Matt was there with a genuine sense of concern and compassion as well as local recommendations for places to pick up equipment I had failed to bring. While I couldn't escape the situation I was in the support I recieved from Matt helped maintain my sanity.
If I could give this 1 million stars it wouldn’t be enough. Not only are the units amazing, but Matt makes the whole experience exceptional. His customer service is above and beyond. He is fast with responses and when at the units he is always friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about him. I’ve used storage units at other places before, but have never had this level of attentiveness. He makes the whole place. Thank you kind sir for being you.
I love Glacier Park Storage! These people reply to inquiries via text, even before you are a customer! Heather, one of the owners, helped me rent a storage unit today, and what a nice experience. If you need storage in the Frederick region, this is definitely a great place to go. It’s clean, organized, and the owners and staff are beyond accommodating. They even have a truck to lend - yes lend — for move in! What more could you ask for? Glacier Park Storage is top notch!!
Matt was literally our hero. Over and over again we had issues with our move, our movers cancelled, we got sick....it all was chaos. Matt helped us at each obstacle, making everything so easy for us, right down to getting us a trailer last minute. I watched him with other customers how welcoming and professional he handled it all during a rush. We have units all over the USA, so we know a lot about how storage places are run, and nobody compares to this facility. This is a top notch biz in every aspect. Thanks Matt !!
I had a storage unit there for 8 yrs. They always gave us excellent customer service and charged a fair amount. Good people to deal with!
