Matt was literally our hero. Over and over again we had issues with our move, our movers cancelled, we got sick....it all was chaos. Matt helped us at each obstacle, making everything so easy for us, right down to getting us a trailer last minute. I watched him with other customers how welcoming and professional he handled it all during a rush. We have units all over the USA, so we know a lot about how storage places are run, and nobody compares to this facility. This is a top notch biz in every aspect. Thanks Matt !!
5 star family owned facility. We ran into a situation that needed attention and Paige and Javier literally went to work to help us. They called back when they said they would, went out of their way, and helped us in a way that made us feel valued. THIS is what you want, a facility that knows customer service and problem solving. Esp in storage where you are trusting a facility with your precious items, you want to know its run by an honorable family. Class act all around.

We reserved a storage unit online today for Glacier Park Storage. Matthew called us right away to ask what questions we had and asked us to come in. We met him in the office, he showed us to our unit and explained the access, security, where to park load or unload. The unit and hallways were clean and the access was easy.
