Rick is amazing technician to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly, he installed the window in no time at all. Glasswest is a local which helps a lot. They provided the quote within a day of my request and the window came for install before the given dates that were provided to me. I am very impressed with the company. Highly recommend!

Pool glass fence panels shattered after trying a DIY re-alignment. Javier showed up within an hour on a Saturday evening and cleaned up a bunch of broken glass. Midway through the job, his vacuum broke down. While many might have called it quits and simply charged us and left, he grabbed a small vacuum from his van and continued the arduous job of removing as much broken glass as he could, staying another couple hours. Rick is great! We needed some balancers replaced on a few windows. He performed the repairs quickly and thoroughly, ensuring the windows glide smoothly. He’s friendly and took his shoes off before entering, without even asking. I appreciate guys like Rick. He knows what he’s doing and you’ll be lucky to have him handle your service requests.

Had the best experience with the technician from Glass West! Best Customer Service ever! I got an appointment quite quickly and he was in and out in less than 15 minutes replacing the balancers on our window. Thank you so much for the great service. We will definitely use you again.
