I've dealt with Glass West in the past for small projects and repairs and they were always prompt and efficient, so it was natural for me to get a quote from them when it came to rebuilding my home. When I spoke with the office manager Anna, she asked the usual questions regarding the type and special features of the windows due to living in a wildland urban fire interface area. Oh wow what a great business. I had Glass West install a new dog door in my sliding patio. This works so much better than the one I bought from a local hardware store. The service workers were outstanding. I had some issues with the original rollers and they were able to fix and replace them with the parts that they had on their work truck. Ricky and Bryan came to our home to reseal our windows. Even though some of the windows couldn't be saved they took their time to talk with me about the process and my options. I even had them look at some other windows to trouble shoot possible causes of window sill damage. They were very professional, kind and really took their time.
