This install was seamless! I was afraid to have work done on my oversized kitchen garden window for fear of pricing on a full replacement. I decided to check in with Glass West Inc. to see about just replacing the damaged section. They got back to me right away, quoted me right away and gave me an appointment right away. Rick and Brian were not only friendly but fast. My new window looks amazing. They listened to my actual issue (being a leak somewhere) so they made sure to double address the issue with the new window. The service was affordable and I’m very happy with the results. I have other windows that need updating or repair so I will be a returning customer. :)

I've dealt with Glass West in the past for small projects and repairs and they were always prompt and efficient, so it was natural for me to get a quote from them when it came to rebuilding my home. When I spoke with the office manager Anna, she asked the usual questions regarding the type and special features of the windows due to living in a wildland urban fire interface area. After our recent break in, Glass West Inc took care of our business within 1 hour of the incident. The next day our installer Rick gave us a clear time frame and had our new glass door installed very quickly and efficiently. We hope to not have another break in but would absolutely work with Glass West Inc again! Thanks guys!
