Rick and Brian were not only friendly but fast. My new window looks amazing. They listened to my actual issue (being a leak somewhere) so they made sure to double address the issue with the new window. The service was affordable and I’m very happy with the results. I have other windows that need updating or repair so I will be a returning customer. :)

This install was seamless! I was afraid to have work done on my oversized kitchen garden window for fear of pricing on a full replacement. I decided to check in with Glass West Inc. to see about just replacing the damaged section. They got back to me right away, quoted me right away and gave me an appointment right away. Service from start to finish was great. I accidentally broke my neighbors window, and glass west was happy to work with me and my neighbor on scheduling and repair. Repairs were made as soon as new glass was ready. Headache free experience 10/10 would recommend.
