Rick and Brian were not only friendly but fast. My new window looks amazing. They listened to my actual issue (being a leak somewhere) so they made sure to double address the issue with the new window. The service was affordable and I’m very happy with the results. I have other windows that need updating or repair so I will be a returning customer. :)

I've dealt with Glass West in the past for small projects and repairs and they were always prompt and efficient, so it was natural for me to get a quote from them when it came to rebuilding my home. When I spoke with the office manager Anna, she asked the usual questions regarding the type and special features of the windows due to living in a wildland urban fire interface area. Rick and Shane did an awesome job replacing a broken pane in our sliding glass door. They were professional, friendly, and worked fast without cutting corners.
