Rick is amazing technician to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly, he installed the window in no time at all. Glasswest is a local which helps a lot. They provided the quote within a day of my request and the window came for install before the given dates that were provided to me. I am very impressed with the company. Highly recommend!

Rick is great! We needed some balancers replaced on a few windows. He performed the repairs quickly and thoroughly, ensuring the windows glide smoothly. He’s friendly and took his shoes off before entering, without even asking. I appreciate guys like Rick. He knows what he’s doing and you’ll be lucky to have him handle your service requests.

Pool glass fence panels shattered after trying a DIY re-alignment. Javier showed up within an hour on a Saturday evening and cleaned up a bunch of broken glass. Midway through the job, his vacuum broke down. While many might have called it quits and simply charged us and left, he grabbed a small vacuum from his van and continued the arduous job of removing as much broken glass as he could, staying another couple hours.
