New apartment, not bad Moved in almost a month ago and the place is very clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. I know I live in a complex with lots of families and feel very safe. The only flaw is that the apartment was very ready for the internet change as some cable was cut so it took me a week to get everything sorted. Also, there are a few maintenance fixes that need to be done. Otherwise, there's plenty of space and Parking.
You get what you pay for... The apartments rent is what drew me in. The rooms are unevenly sized. I was content with the quality because the location and price were convienent. Our washcloth holder fell off because it was being held on by layers of paint. And Some cabinets were painted shut. They also failed to inform us of construction that was starting before our lease across from the building that they assigned us. There was consist noise until 7 everyday.
