The last thing that I was was looking forward to do over the holidays was dealing with dealershop trying to sell me truck but they really made it easy straight up and honest I actually enjoyed the time there, I definitely would recommend going there if you're looking or in the market for a good quality used vehicle.. We went back to Glendale Auto Source because we noticed a Jeep in the lot which was always my dream. But prices were way too far and not between. But that is not why I am writing this review. We drove up and down Glendale Ave for a couple weeks. didn't find any truck of interest. Stop at several car shops. either they wanted to much or just plain out looking for a commission to earn. wish I don't blame them, but my point is not to be persistent on the sale very uncomfortable feeling. In October 2025, my husband and I purchased a 2007 Nissan Sentra from Glendale Auto Source as a short-term, affordable second vehicle for our family. We chose this dealership specifically because of the way they represent themselves online. AT THE TIME of purchase and AFTER - Their website stated that their vehicles are “hand picked,” inspected, and that they “DO NOT SELL BAD CARS OR TRUCKS.” The vehicle listing itself stated “NICE CAR” and “EVERYTHING WORKS,” and that the car ran, drove, passed emissions, and was safe for t... read more
Do not use this dealer. We purchased a car and after about 1500 miles it needs rear brakes. I called and spoke with a person who said his name was Glen. He told me to go ahead and file a complaint, so I did. Since they refuse to assist even though this is a safety issue as described by The AZ Department of Transportation. I am filing a complaint regarding this dealer with ADOT and the AZ Attorney General's office. THIS DEALER IS TOTALLY UNETHICAL. DO NOT VISIT THEIR DEALERSHIP. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!(
