My therapist Glenn Tinghitella was wonderful. It was my first time experiencing Internal Family Systems (IFS) and his guidance thru the specific therapy was transformative. Glenn through his clinical support has helped me through some of my most challenging experiences to date- Head injury, Divorce, Career challenges, Moves and Family dynamics. “ Stay in Your Lane, Dyann” was coined early on and has kept me through thick and thin when taking breaks from therapy. Glenn out did my expectations. He listened so attentively and remembered amazing details. He came up with a game plan which allowed me to be at ease having an idea of what our plan was going to be.
