Pay for a monthly membership. The facility is new, clean and nice, and staff is always nice professional. Too many times have to wait 1 hour or more for services or beds. Staff often explaining to new clients all their services while over looking and making members wait and wait..then, no manager available to discuss matter with..not acceptable.

I can't say enough good things about the equipment, services and packages! The customer service, however could improve. Every time I go in, without fail, the staff has a stuffy attitude and is very pushy about upgrading my package. They criticized my lotion, stating "it isn't going to work" because it lacks some ingredient. By the time I start my service I'm exhausted from declining the upgrades. I cannot recommend Glo tanning enough. First of all, they have the most amazing beds and therapeutic services available. I went last night for the first time, and had a free coupon, which is very nice for first timer's. I not only signed up for the Luxury package, but also wound up buying some very awesome products. (All 40% off).
