I absolutely love the staff and location. The place is spotless. The staff has always been friendly and kind to me and others when I have visited. I have an unlimited monthly membership and visit several times a week. I asked the staff when the busy times are and they gave me exact times to avoid to make my trips so much faster and relaxing.

The services are great, but there are some serious kinks that need to be worked out. First, the waiting room is so tiny--it's definitely not built for the number of people they are receiving. Every time you go in besides right when they open, you end up crammed in with other people, there's barely any room to move around, and the employees can't tell who needs to check in and who is waiting.
