Wanted to wait until after a couple visits before the review. Ms. Emily that got me started is absolutely precious! She was welcoming knew all of the services and products and is what customer service should aspire to be. The beds are clean and top notch as well. Today I did the steam pod, full body red light (fun little workout!) and tanned. This is my 2nd spring tanning at Glo and have always been satisfied with the friendly staff, service and cleanliness of the salon. I had an unfortunate experience waiting one afternoon and not thinking much of it just told myself that I would come back tomorrow. Upon my return Jenna approached me and apologized for my experience she saw when viewing tapes. That was great customer service on her part. I would highly recommend this salon for taking the time to satisfy their customers and care.
I just read a crazy review about one of the managers here. I am so flabbergasted. The staff here is ALWAYS friendly. They have policies to follow & if you (walk in for free visit) get offended by that, stay home & get your own tanning bed to use with your cheap Walmart branded lotion. This is a SERVICE & we as clients needs to be patient, understanding and respect the equipment. I LOVE GLO tanning Kennesaw. 10 stars if it was an option. That is all 🫶
I visited today because their website offered a coupon online for a free visit. However the manager seemed very annoyed with me for wanting to use the free coupon. She kept trying to upsell me memberships and when I politely declined, she was visibly flustered. When she tried to sell me lotion, I informed her that I brought my own and then she demanded to see what I had brought. This place is AWESOME!! THE VERY BEST!! The ladies were so helpful in helping me get the best plan for my buck, very sweet ladies,nice atmosphere,it has been such a relaxing and satisfying experience! Would recommend to anyone!!
