When I first started a year ago, it was great to go to. Now, their clientele has grown and the wait time has gotten ridiculous. I have tried to go at lunch yesterday and I didn't even get the chance to tan. There were only 3 staff members working. It took to long to clean beds and rotate people around. When I go after work, I am there close to an hour before I get to lay on a bed. They need to move to a bigger location with more beds or start taking appointments. This place is perfect if you have a lot of free time, but be prepared to wait. I just signed up yesterday and have already been there on a few different occasions in two days, and there’s always a wait. When I signed up, they told me I could cancel anytime, but that wasn’t true. I wanted to cancel and go somewhere less crowded, but they said I had to wait another billing cycle.

We had a wonderful experience. All the gurls were vary sweet. I wanna give a BIG shout out to Savanna she gave us a tour of the place and was vary helpful and sooo sweet. Will definitely be back!.

My mother had a bad encounter with an employee but was just overwhelmed with apologetics messages and calls. The owners and other employees truly showed their compassion and sympathy to her and made things right!

The customer service level is good. Very fast-paced environment but the people working there do a great job. I am not very thrilled with the quality of tan the spray tanning booths provide. I probably will not return
