Great for spa services. Tanning beds not that good. Best tanning bed they have and best spa service has been down for multiple weeks.
*This review is based upon my experience with the corporate side of Glo, not the location, or my experience at the facility* I was a member for a year, and prior to moving to a different area where there was no Glo location available, I repeatedly attempted to cancel my membership through the correct channels: website, email, and via phone calls. I wouldn't even give this a 1 star!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! The beds stay BROKEN!!!! The staff turn over is extremely high and upper management is never around to assist with issues. Membership is greater than $70 a month and the wait for the beds that are not BROKEN can be over an hour!!! Just sad

always a challenge to get in to get services done due to hours and amount of people trying to use the service. Also, they do not tell you the cut off date to cancel is the 20th of the month to avoid having to pay one more ninth before it completely ends. All they tell you on the phone is that it's in the contract. Yes, people should read the contract all the way through but, Should be better represented in the sales pitch and sign up.
They are making customers think they're affiliated with the real glo spa.makes me sick. They are not glo spa they're just glo. Dont do it.
