Have been tanning here since they opened and absolutely love! Great service and friendly staff!

Great for spa services. Tanning beds not that good. Best tanning bed they have and best spa service has been down for multiple weeks.

I am new to town and I have never been to this GLO location. I have been going to the ones more north in Dallas where I used to live. I walk in to tan and a little girl with dark hair and eyelash extensions standing at the counter was clearly irritated at my existence in the salon. I scan my card and ask about what beds and options they have at this location and she starts rattling off the names of the beds/ services... ok that's great in theory but I do not work there and I do not know what all the names of the beds mean...... read more

Disappointing service & complete lack of product knowledge! Don't fall for the upsell on the products. They have to upsell or they'll get written up or have to watch videos and do a write up. But clearly they have no idea what some of the products are they're trying to upsell. I thought Glo Tanning was all about customer service and knowing their products, but tonight was a massive disappointment. *This review is based upon my experience with the corporate side of Glo, not the location, or my experience at the facility* I was a member for a year, and prior to moving to a different area where there was no Glo location available, I repeatedly attempted to cancel my membership through the correct channels: website, email, and via phone calls. Four months later, I was still being charged. After spending hours on the phone, much of that time on hold, I was denied a refund for the months I was incorrectly charged. The comp... read more

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! The beds stay BROKEN!!!! The staff turn over is extremely high and upper management is never around to assist with issues. Membership is greater than $70 a month and the wait for the beds that are not BROKEN can be over an hour!!! Just sad

always a challenge to get in to get services done due to hours and amount of people trying to use the service. Also, they do not tell you the cut off date to cancel is the 20th of the month to avoid having to pay one more ninth before it completely ends. All they tell you on the phone is that it's in the contract. Yes, people should read the contract all the way through but, Should be better represented in the sales pitch and sign up.

They are making customers think they're affiliated with the real glo spa.makes me sick. They are not glo spa they're just glo. Dont do it.
