Excellent service from Cyrus. This is our 2nd Kyocera printer supplied by Global Document Solutions and we have been extremely happy with the printer and the service. The first one got worked to death but was issue free until its dying breath. Our new one was delivered extremely quickly as Cyrus understood we could not operate without a functioning printer and he pulled out all the stops to get us up and running again quickly.
