The representative who came to register the box was very punctual, friendly, and knew his job. The only thing I would like to note is that the company should provide appropriate equipment for heavy items, I feel sorry for such workers. I was surprised that the representative did not complain about the weight for a second and left with a respectable smile. We need more people like him! Please avoid using Global Expert Shipping. The only expertise they have is NOT to complete their delivery service. Not only they will not deliver, but will ask to be paid again for a second chance. I want my money back.
