Please avoid using Global Expert Shipping. The only expertise they have is NOT to complete their delivery service. Not only they will not deliver, but will ask to be paid again for a second chance. I want my money back.

It would be nice to provide a 2 or 3 hour window when scheduling a pick up. Luke the driver will be there between 9am to 11am or 1:00 to 3:00pm. so the customer can be available vs just guessing what time the driver will come. I missed the first visit cause I was running errands not knowing when to expect the driver.
