Mike and his team are excellent🆑they provide great customer service. I called Mike about my AC unit, and he had someone out the next day to put in a brand new unit for me. I highly recommend Global HVAC for ur AC needs.
I have been a customer of Global HVAC well over 15 yrs. If I have an emergency they are ALWAYS prompt to see me. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable and go beyond what I need. Can't say enough about Global. They are my friends.
On two separate occasions Global HVAC saved the day on a holiday weekend. Mike and Casey are the best. They accurately diagnosed the issue and promptly fixed the problem quickly.
This organization was very quick with a response to the initial problem. I was happy with that result, but……… there appears to be a Significant delay in receiving the compressor that was being ordered. Unfortunately with no Information from Global as to when the repair may be completed.
