Mike and his crew were amazing. Came out on a very hot Saturday morning and replaced my upper HVAC unit which just happened to be in the attic. What a sweaty job. Mike is very professional in all aspects, willing to work with what a client’s needs are, and goes above & beyond to get the job done. Mike and his crew installed a whole new HVAC system for me about a week ago. They were on time, communicated well, and did a fantastic job! The technician came out on a Tuesday and the air stopped working again 2-3 days later. I scheduled a follow up visit on the Homeshield site and a different tech told me I shouldn’t have done that but there was no info left upon the initial visit in the event of service failure. My upstairs temp was 88 degrees!! We went 4 more days without air and when the tech decided to visit they gave me a 30min heads up. NOBODY responded to my second service request. Casey is amazing! This is the second unit he has worked on and my home is cooler than it ever has been. This is a great company, as well. They keep you updated on when they will arrived and make timely service calls.
