Very responsive and excellent work. Had a smell coming from my brand new HVAC unit which was installed from the builder. I tried the HVAC company who installed and also another. Smell went away for a few days but came right back. I called Global who came out in a couple days. It’s been close to a month and no smell. Thanks
Owner/employee very unprofessionals. My contact whit them was true my home warranty. Not courteous at all, very ugly manners to interact whit clients.Honestly I felt my life and integrity were in danger. Mike is extremely aggressive and rude. He got to the point where he was screaming on the phone asking repeatedly to do the payment immediately before his technician finished the job, he asked me questions like where my husband was and were I have my credit card. He terrifies me. Do not use this company.
Great Job !! Mike his crew showed up on time on a Saturday to swap out my units. They did what they said they were going to do and I’m very pleased with the performance and the quality of the work. Doug
Mike and his team are excellent🆑they provide great customer service. I called Mike about my AC unit, and he had someone out the next day to put in a brand new unit for me. I highly recommend Global HVAC for ur AC needs.
On time, communication was awesome. The technician was a gentleman and was able to fix my issue quickly. Highly recommend key component to this whole transaction was the communication.
