I started with Mike Weber from the mount pleasant location in 2022. He helped us increase our credit score and got us through the home buying process in about 6-7 weeks. Fast forward to April 2025. Mike Weber told us to go over to do our renovation loan with Fred Kreger from the DSM office. Lisa and her team made my first time home buyer process so seemless and smooth I kept waiting for the other proverbial shoe to drop and it never did. I enjoyed being able to use the app to upload and sign documents securely. Any and all questions were answered in a very timely manner.
