My experience with Liberty National has been nothing but pleasurable. I was referred by a friend and contacted an agent who was very patient with my endless questions as this was unknown territory for me. The agent was very knowledgeable and assisted me throughout the entire process. I have Called back multiple times with more questions and each time my agent has answered and is helpful. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience. I worked with Becky and she explained everything in detail to me. She followed up as often as needed and she was pleasant/professional throughout the entire process. I will refer others to her.
I've called for 2 days. Phone goes straight to voicemail. Sent a text both times. No response. Very, VERY poor customer service even though I have not spoken to anybody yet.
