I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now, about 2-3x a week and I’m obsessed! I love having a private sauna and I feel so good after. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming, Minnie really makes you feel welcomed! Love that there is a shower too! Update: it’s now July 28 and I’m still come here still 2-3x a week. Loving it, always feel great after and definitely see results in my skin, energy levels, sleep quality, muscle recovery and that’s just off the top of my head. The people who work here are very informative and nice! The cabins are very clean and they offer good amenities like cold towels, face cloths, and showers. You basically have total control of the room you’re in and the saunas are amazing and rejuvenating. I will definitely be returning
Best sauna cabins in town, everyone is always so nice and everything is clean. Minnie is very helpful and attentive. This place is a must for self care.

My experience was incredible. I did the 45 minute session in the cabin and had the most amazing experience. The moment you walk in there is a glow and positivity in the air. The staff is incredible, attentive, and a comodating to your questions and needs. As a dance teacher in the district it was a much needed self care and me moment. I recommend it to everyone! Come and get your glow on!!!!!
I had an amazing experience at Glow Sauna Henderson! The space is clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed—perfect for winding down and recharging. A big shoutout to Derrek, who made the entire visit even better. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. I left feeling refreshed, supported, and already looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend!
