I'm kind of amazed at how great this place was. First off, the infrared saunas are not weak. They let you turn up the heat so I cranked it and I couldn't even last the 45 minutes. I was ready to leave and get a shower after 30 minutes, which is great. They pay attention to the fine details to give you a good experience, like routing the sound from the TV directly into speakers inside the sauna booth. First of all, Minnie was so informative. This was my first time doing infrared sauna therapy. She was very detailed gave me to do and don’ts about how my experience can be more effective. She also suggested that if I was shopping around what to look for she was very engaging very patient And the quality of Customer service felt like she actually cared about my self-care regimen. And she was very knowledgeable and explained in a manner where I understood what was going on And encouraged me to do more research.
The sauna was absolutely amazing! It was so peaceful and private, perfect for unwinding. The warm steam cleared my body and mind, making me feel super relaxed and refreshed. It was like a mini escape to happiness, helping me feel healthier and calmer. I loved every moment! Huge thanks to everyone and Minnie for setting everything up so perfectly!
