Tim McBratney is simply The Best. He was a wise advisor when I was getting my business launched (yes, he’s a mortgage guy, but he’s also a first class businessman of high integrity). He helped us get back on our feet after the ‘08 mortgage meltdown. And he always bothers to answer my questions even if tangential (today’s Q was about family trusts). He’s kind & resourceful in addition to running a tight ship. For warmth & integrity as well as the best deal in town — Tim has it all!
Working with Pacific Residential Mortgage was easy. From day one when I met with Tim to start the process he ensured I was informed every step of the way. Team McBratney was amazing! They communicated with me and everyone else involved to ensure I understood each step and had everything I needed to ensure a smooth process. I would highly recommend Tim and his team, Holly was great. Every time I talked to them they had upbeat attitudes and were very positive. Thanks for everything!
What can I say Tim and his team members Holly and Brian made purchasing our first home very easy. They took us step by step and explained everything. This was very important to me and my family. The communication between Tim and his team was second to none any and all questions were answered and we had a lot of questions being first time buyers. He was prompt and very helpful. We will definitely come Back with any future plans to purchase or even refinance. I Would highly recommend Working with Tim.
Elise & her team were absolutely AMAZING! Very timely, very organized, thorough and supportive! We had a great experience and I cant recommend her enough. She was very detail oriented and made sure that we were updated every step of the way. She was always available to answer all our questions. This company works very hard and they are passionate about every loan they put their name on. We will recommend all of our friends because our experience was amazing! THANK YOU!
Every single person we interacted with at Pac Res was AMAZING! They made our first home purchase a breeze and helped us every single step of the way. Beth was our loan advisor and she was readily available, willing to answer all the questions we had, and made sure that we understood the next piece of the home buying process. Sonja was extremely communicative and helpful in ensuring our home went into escrow smoothly. I could not recommend this company more, the entire team is fantastic and we are so thrilled with our experie... read more
