Tim McBratney is simply The Best. He was a wise advisor when I was getting my business launched (yes, he’s a mortgage guy, but he’s also a first class businessman of high integrity). He helped us get back on our feet after the ‘08 mortgage meltdown. And he always bothers to answer my questions even if tangential (today’s Q was about family trusts). He’s kind & resourceful in addition to running a tight ship. For warmth & integrity as well as the best deal in town — Tim has it all!

What can I say Tim and his team members Holly and Brian made purchasing our first home very easy. They took us step by step and explained everything. This was very important to me and my family.
