Best party we have had so far for my son. The staff were super helpful on the phone and on the day with last minute changes. Coach Dan was excellent with the children adjusting his style as they were all mixed abilities. It was no stress and we will be booking again!
We booked a football pitch well in advance, only for the venue to cancel on us at the last minute with absolutely no valid explanation. Coordinating a large group of players takes time and effort, and this sudden cancellation completely disrespected our schedule. To make matters worse, their customer service was dismissive and offered no suitable alternative or immediate resolution. Very disappointed and upset!
If you're looking for a sports ground with good customer service and reasonable staff, I would 100% recommend Imperial sports ground! On multiple occasions Bristol goals south has removed my pitch bookings due to 'admin errors' which essentially means our staff messed up a booking renewal and they are happy to turn away a paid booking for another group without a valid reason and go against their own terms and conditions. Really great birthday party for our 6 year old at Goals Bristol South today. Thank you to Dan and his team. Nothing was too much trouble and all the kids had a wonderful time! Thank you!
Great venue, play 5 aside here every week and the leagues are very organised and engaging. Also chose this venue to host my engagement party and all the staff were brilliant, including Josh who went above and beyond to help!
