Mauzy has been my go to, 4 years when I need servicing in my Vista, upstairs condo. The technicians have been prompt , Listen, and get the job done. Couple weeks ago Frank Perez, technician Fixed the plumbing And great sense of humor😄 I was informed about a plan for $149.00 a year. When the plumber came out this time I didn’t have to pay for the flushing of water heater. My first time using this plan.
Robert performed our semiannual inspection of our heat pump system. He was very pleasant and professional. He gave us some recommendations and the system checkup was good. I was pleased with the service we got.
Our furnace went out back in December and we had a couple companies come give us quotes. We ended up going with Mauzy because they were able to do it quickly (three days after quotes). In the end, I wish we would’ve gone with another company 😔 Mauzy had great communication, and they’re able to send technicians out quickly.
