Robert was awesome! He gave me a 30 minute heads up before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided several solutions. Robert communicated everything effectively in a way that was easy to understand. He was extremely professional and quickly had our air conditioner back up and running. Highly recommend for quick and reliable service.
I’m not sure about the accuracy of the diagnosis or the honesty and integrity of Mauzy. The technician who came out was very nice, and we liked him, but he told us our HVAC systems were beyond repair and needed to be completely replaced. We were given an estimate of about $30,000. We decided to get a second opinion, and it turned out to be a simple repair. Another company fixed the entire issue in about an hour for roughly $500, and our AC is now running perfectly.
