Robert was awesome! He gave me a 30 minute heads up before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided several solutions. Robert communicated everything effectively in a way that was easy to understand. He was extremely professional and quickly had our air conditioner back up and running. Highly recommend for quick and reliable service.
I’m not sure about the accuracy of the diagnosis or the honesty and integrity of Mauzy. The technician who came out was very nice, and we liked him, but he told us our HVAC systems were beyond repair and needed to be completely replaced. We were given an estimate of about $30,000. It was obvious they genuinely care... read more
This review should have been posted a long time ago when Mauzy consistently made mistakes along the way with my 30K full house repipe in April 2025. I hired my own inspector to evaluate their work after they supposedly already corrected where they fell short and there is still a list of items to fix and bring it up to code. I am requesting for Mauzy... read more
Robert was awesome and genuine. He was very thorough and explained each equipment that needed servicing and/or replacement. I didn’t get any feeling of being pressured into anything. Definitely a good experience since I’ve only delt with one other technician. Thank you Robert!
