Dr. Ardill is truly one of the kindest, most professional, and most compassionate doctors I have ever met. Over the past three years, he has carefully treated my young son’s eyesight, and the results have been remarkable. When we first visited, my 7-year-old son needed glasses of around 400 degrees. Very detail orientated work up and Dr. Su took the time to explain the process and the options for my sight. He and the staff were very friendly and very enjoyable to learn from and trust my eye health to. Great experience overall and really Informative.
From the minute I walk in the door till the minute I walk out, the service, care, & treatment is 1st class. Thorough examinations, clear feedback of findings & expectations of how my vision issues will progress is spot-on. Our Town is so fortunate to have such a great team of eye specialists here.
I really love Dr Byrd, she's the best. But I wasn't impressed with some of the other staff. The first girl was new and learning in taking my 👀 eye exam. She let me slide and guess the letters too many times. Then at checkout it was lunch time and they just let me sit there, to check out. Mind you there was staff behind the desk. Finally I got up and asked to be checked out. They never said someone will be with you shortly. I wasn't impressed with the staff at all.
