I spoke to a very sweet and knowledgeable lady named Taylor, who basically schooled me on everything I need to know going forward when taking my car to a shop. It's the first time I've ever taken the warranty on any used vehicle I've bought and I'm happy to say they have been more than accomodating. They followed up on my service the day after which was nice. I dealt with Taylor in claims and she was very, very helpful.
