I was tempted to give 4 stars. I am very pleased with the service and information provided to me the last few months and I don't want to hold the delay in response against the positives. Your responses are generally faster than what i receive from other medical providers. Thank you for giving me hope.

Professional and friendly service covered broad range of topics, I am pleased with my first visit with Forum Health’s Dr Reynolds and look forward to future visits addressing health concerns. After secobd and third visits feel even more strongly about the quality of service. Highly recommended.

Scheduling wad some issues but I am assuming it was due to their move between office locations. Patricia DeAngelus was very easy to talk with and very knowledgeable and thorough. I’m looking forward to working with her!

Dr. Reynolds has helped me so much! I was sick for years and she found my root cause within the first visit and immediately started treating me! I started feeling better after about 6-8 weeks of my treatment. And she is continuing to follow up with me to make sure I have a full recovery. She is also very compassionate and shares about her own health journey. She genuinely wants to help patients feel better and be as healthy as they can be. I am very grateful for her help!
