Lawrence is great! The house behind us tragically had a massive fire which caused debris to get into the pool. He was clear with what he could do today to get the pool in working order and let me know that if there are any issues, to call and he will for sure come out and check on it. I am very grateful for his hard work and kindness.
My pool was sitting, unusable for over a year. Gage did an absolutely fantastic job!! My pool was filled with river water and fish from the flood and by the time he was finished it looked better than new! He even caught and carried some fish back to the river! I would definitely recommend Pool Troopers to clean and service your pool. I got a cleaning and acid wash. Beautiful job!
Rick along with all the members of Pool Troopers have really helped me turn my pool around. The filtration works better, pool is cleaner, and the smell is gone along with the algae buildup. Rick is very polite and precise and leaves everything better than he found it. Prior Pool companies would do a rush- job and leave my back gate open which jeopardizes the safety of my two large dogs who roam in and out of the house/backyard. I recommend Pool Toopers if you wanna get consistent, high level quality.
Pool Troopers is an amazing pool care company! It is refreshing (after dealing with two previous pool maintenance companies that were just okay or lacking) to have found them. Especially David our service supervisor and Daniel our weekly pool tech and maintenance provider. Worth every penny to have a clean and fully functional pool at all times and the peace of mind that everything will be monitored when we go out of town. Highly recommend!
Super communicative and reliable. Pool Troopers does an amazing job with our weekly service- we know when they have been here and are always responsive. We have two dogs and they are also careful about closing our gate.
