I made an appointment as a new patient for a cleaning. After taking X-rays and doing an evaluation, they told me I’d need to make another appointment for the actual cleaning. When I asked why, I was told they don’t do adult cleanings and evaluations on the same day—which struck me as odd since my husband had his done the same day. Our experience was absolutely amazing! I cannot express enough how attentive they were and how well they explained everything multiple times before and during the procedure. Highly recommend all of their staff
My experience at Goodland Dentistry was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very friendly, and they were more focused on talking with one another than attending to patients. It didn’t feel welcoming or attentive at all. I hope they improve their customer service going forward. The doctor & the lady at the front desk were the only attentive staff members.( I didn't get her name because I wasn't expecting to share this experience with anyone but since Goodland sent a text message asking for one ..here it is) The only positive... read more
The girls at the front desk are always so kind. I also recently came in with my 2 month old baby and they were so patient with us, and understanding. I really was so grateful and appreciative that they were making it a little easier on me and less stressful even if they didn’t think so. My boys are also come here and they are always so quick and with getting you in and out.
My daughter has developed a strong sense of trust and comfort with the dentist at this location, which is the sole reason I have continued to bring her here despite major concerns with the management staff. While the receptionist was courteous and professional, the manager’s behavior was unacceptably rude and unprofessional. The situation escalated to the point that I began shaking from the stress, as the manager aggressively attempted to deny me entry due to the presence of my medical alert service dog.
