I made an appointment as a new patient for a cleaning. After taking X-rays and doing an evaluation, they told me I’d need to make another appointment for the actual cleaning. When I asked why, I was told they don’t do adult cleanings and evaluations on the same day—which struck me as odd since my husband had his done the same day. I would like to say that the doctor is fantastic and always so professional and caring. It is 100% worth coming here for her. However, the front staff today was absolutely rude. They seemed annoyed and like they did not want to be at their job. One of them raised their voices at my son who just wanted to use the restroom.
