This is a 3-part review starting with today 1/22/26 going back to July 2025, and include Oct 17, 2025. My son got 3 supposed fillings today. It took all of 20 min. Since when does excavating a cavity, cleaning the area where the cavity was, filling the cavity, and doing bite patterns on THREE TEETH take 20 minutes?! Well I'll tell you. Now that my son is getting his braces off today and I never have to step foot in this place again, I will share my experience. This place is the worst. If you have an appointment at 9am, expect to sit in the waiting room until 9:40am before being called. My son had two of his wisdom teeth removed. 6 weeks later, we returned to have the other 2 removed as per the doctor. We’ve used this office for multiple procedures for my children. For the most part it’s been ok. We went in on Friday bc my son was having issues where is wisdom teeth were removed in June at this office. The dentist took an x ray, didn’t even look in his mouth. Argued that the issue was on the bottom, via x ray. The top area is swollen and has mucus looking spots where the tooth was removed. He acted like we were idiots bc “clearly the x ray shows the bone hasn’t healed back on the bottom properly”.. very poor bedside manner... read more
Absolutely terrible with scheduling. And need to modernize. There is no reason one has to fill out 10 forms after every visit. They said because my son is 7 that he we absolutely cannot schedule an earlier time because they prioritize younger patients, yet I have had an early appointment for a procedure done there. They expect a child to starve all day for a procedure when other, more competent dentistries can schedule earlier times if available.
Well I use to love this dentist office and would drive anywhere from 45 minutes - 2 hours for my kids dentist appointments but after today and the way my 8 yr old was treated I do believe I’ll be finding a new dentist for my kids. Now I do not know names but I will say the man and Hispanic woman who seen my kids today were absolutely amazing! Now that blonde haired woman who worked on my 8 yr old was down right UGLY and DISRESPECTFUL, my 8 yr old was already stressed out due to the test results we got today from Krantz, and ... read more
