This is a 3-part review starting with today 1/22/26 going back to July 2025, and include Oct 17, 2025. My son got 3 supposed fillings today. It took all of 20 min. Since when does excavating a cavity, cleaning the area where the cavity was, filling the cavity, and doing bite patterns on THREE TEETH take 20 minutes?! Well I'll tell you. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Goodland Dental. Every time my daughter has an appointment, there seems to be an issue—whether it’s excessive wait times, scheduling mistakes, or poor communication. I have always confirmed my daughter’s appointments, either by phone or text. Recently, I arrived for a scheduled braces adjustment appointment only to be told it had been canceled because I supposedly did not confirm it, which was simply not true. If I could give this place zero I would. Not dependable. Never on time. And always make an excuse. Been there 3 times and every time has been the exact same experience. I get there 30 minutes early. I sign in. We sit. I notice everyone that was there before me gone and new people have showed up. I start to realize all the new people are being called and we still arnt. I check in with the front desk and they just now get me checked in. So now I have to wait another 30 min to an hour to be called. What should take no more than... read more
Staff had trouble verifying insurance coverage after information had been provided two weeks prior to Ms. Verna's appointment. The exam room chair footing needs a thorough cleaning. The staff was respectful.
Well I use to love this dentist office and would drive anywhere from 45 minutes - 2 hours for my kids dentist appointments but after today and the way my 8 yr old was treated I do believe I’ll be finding a new dentist for my kids. Now I do not know names but I will say the man and Hispanic woman who seen my kids today were absolutely amazing!
