Now that my son is getting his braces off today and I never have to step foot in this place again, I will share my experience. This place is the worst. If you have an appointment at 9am, expect to sit in the waiting room until 9:40am before being called. My son had two of his wisdom teeth removed. 6 weeks later, we returned to have the other 2 removed as per the doctor. We’ve used this office for multiple procedures for my children. For the most part it’s been ok. We went in on Friday bc my son was having issues where is wisdom teeth were removed in June at this office. The dentist took an x ray, didn’t even look in his mouth. Argued that the issue was on the bottom, via x ray. The top area is swollen and has mucus looking spots where the tooth was removed. He acted like we were idiots bc “clearly the x ray shows the bone hasn’t healed back on the bottom properly”.. very poor bedside manner... read more
Staff had trouble verifying insurance coverage after information had been provided two weeks prior to Ms. Verna's appointment. The exam room chair footing needs a thorough cleaning. The staff was respectful.
Absolutely terrible with scheduling. And need to modernize. There is no reason one has to fill out 10 forms after every visit. They said because my son is 7 that he we absolutely cannot schedule an earlier time because they prioritize younger patients, yet I have had an early appointment for a procedure done there. They expect a child to starve all day for a procedure when other, more competent dentistries can schedule earlier times if available.
Started out with not being seen until a hour after my scheduled appointment. This is an assembly line dentist operation. One dentist that spends as little time as possible with each patient and the dental hygienist have as many as seven patients an hour to handle. All patients in one room with curtain separating them. The staff was friendly and professional but I will be finding another dentist were I’m not just a number to be pushed through as quickly as possible
