This place has such a high turnover rate. My girls never see the same person when we go in there. This past visit my daughter was complaining about her gums on one side of her mouth was bothering her. I told her to make sure she tells the dentist so they can take a thorough look to see what’s going on. They did not do that as a matter of fact they said and did nothing. Sometimes we have a decent experience but majority of the time it is not good but I definitely wish they would do better.
So far great service! We have went a few places for consultations and Dr.E is the first one that didn’t just push her out. We finally found that she might need jaw surgery and instead of him saying “we are going to go off of what I think” he wanted to get a few other opinions with his colleagues to make sure this would be the best decision for her. That made us really comfortable knowing he isn’t trying to rush anything but find out for sure information first. We are new here but so far so good!
I didn't have a long wait because paperwork was offered online. Every effort was made to make me physically comfortable considering my physical condition and restriction. I didn't experience any pain or discomfort and the doctor was very quick, professional and precise. The DA was very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating.
I came in for my son’s dental appointment. I was a few minutes late. They receptionist asked for insurance information. I gave her the insurance information, however it took about an hour to verify. I explained to the lady that I really need hurry and get my son cleaning done because he had an ortho appt after. She said that she was waiting on a cal back for verification. This place is a joke. Do not come here. They don’t answer the phones They will reschedule you and reschedule you and reschedule you and every time you try calling their office it goes straight to live agents, and it’s just super frustrating. Editing this… bc again you send me a number that requires me to speak to a live agent not directly from your office!
