After five years as a patient here, I cannot recommend this office based on my experience. I wouldn’t even want my worst enemy to have to come to this terrible place. Both the Dentist and Orthodontic Clinic is horrible to say the least. I was advised that Invisalign were all I would need, so I went through two years of treatment. Unfortunately, the veneers negatively affected my bite and overall dental alignment. this place was good at first, i stopped going for a year & decided to come back because i never had problems with them. went in for a consult to get back started on my braces and sat a hour. it was 5 other ppl ahead of me that said they had been waiting for a minute too. i feel like they don’t value others time. why schedule 15 ppl in one slot? horrible experience that day.

So far great service! We have went a few places for consultations and Dr.E is the first one that didn’t just push her out. We finally found that she might need jaw surgery and instead of him saying “we are going to go off of what I think” he wanted to get a few other opinions with his colleagues to make sure this would be the best decision for her. That made us really comfortable knowing he isn’t trying to rush anything but find out for sure information first. We are new here but so far so good!

Do not recommend. It was my first experience at their office and I had issues from the moment I walked in. They first claimed I didnt have insurance and once I made the comment I would call my insurance and confirm my coverage they conveniently found it. Then after being there an hour and a half and after my x rays they told me they cant clean my teeth unless I pay an extra $300 because my insurance only covers a level 1 cleaning and my teeth was a level 2. This clinic does not have a direct office phone number, so patients have to go through a call center for everything. I understand why clinics use call centers (staffing, call volume, keeping the front desk available for patients in-office), but the problem is the call center often can’t actually help. If the call center cannot provide basic information or reliably handle rescheduling, then it becomes an extra barrier rather than a solution.
