Hello, this is Ruby Washington, of b I’m writing about the care I received on Friday, Oct. 16, 2026 I came in expecting my permanent tooth. No one from your office called beforehand to tell me it wasn’t ready. Instead, the dentist placed another temporary in under one minute, after I told him he was moving too fast. Less than 10 minutes later, while I was on a FaceTime call, that temporary broke into three pieces. My niece saw it happen. After five years as a patient here, I cannot recommend this office based on my experience. I wouldn’t even want my worst enemy to have to come to this terrible place. Both the Dentist and Orthodontic Clinic is horrible to say the least. I was advised that Invisalign were all I would need, so I went through two years of treatment. Unfortunately, the veneers negatively affected my bite and overall dental alignment. I am very thankful of this facility. Being a single parent, I’ve had to bring my child to the dentist with me and we both get checked out. During this visit I needed some work done and when I tell you all staff was so nice and helpful, very supportive and understanding by allowing a child to be a child ( age 2) walk around and play as they continue to do my appointment. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. My experiance has been a 10/10. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctors they were all extremely friendly and professional. They brought me a blanket when I was cold coming straight from the lake They explained everything clearly, advised me on pain management until my appointment and made me feel very welcome. Told them I needed a second opinion and full exam and they only scheduled a partial X-ray, and limited exam? They x-rayed one cap and want to replace it. I also asked for a female docter by name they said it was scheduled with her , but when I came in they said, that docter does not work there. They do not communicate and they do not know whats going on.
