I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. My experiance has been a 10/10. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctors they were all extremely friendly and professional. They brought me a blanket when I was cold coming straight from the lake They explained everything clearly, advised me on pain management until my appointment and made me feel very welcome. After five years as a patient here, I cannot recommend this office based on my experience. I wouldn’t even want my worst enemy to have to come to this terrible place. Both the Dentist and Orthodontic Clinic is horrible to say the least. I was advised that Invisalign were all I would need, so I went through two years of treatment. Unfortunately, the veneers negatively affected my bite and overall dental alignment. Do not recommend. It was my first experience at their office and I had issues from the moment I walked in. They first claimed I didnt have insurance and once I made the comment I would call my insurance and confirm my coverage they conveniently found it. Then after being there an hour and a half and after my x rays they told me they cant clean my teeth unless I pay an extra $300 because my insurance only covers a level 1 cleaning and my teeth was a level 2. I had 4 kids with me and one was a baby and waiting 1 and half hour... read more
You guys were awesome with my son!!! Thank you for your service and being so nice and polite…we look forward coming back! The customer service was amazing and he was able to get his braces the very next day at an affordable price!!!
Told them I needed a second opinion and full exam and they only scheduled a partial X-ray, and limited exam? They x-rayed one cap and want to replace it. I also asked for a female docter by name they said it was scheduled with her , but when I came in they said, that docter does not work there. They do not communicate and they do not know whats going on.
