Gorilla Roofing finish a roof replacement today on our house - EXCELLENT ****************************** They were to the ***** on their estimate. Job done in a day with quality products. The installers were some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. I walk around the property after they left to check the cleanup process, NOT ONE NAIL, SCREW, PACKAGING, ETC. ON MY PROPERTY! Gorilla helped me out with roof, siding and fascia replacements after tornado damage. They were extremely responsive with me, great with the insurance company, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and in a timely manner. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dealing with Gorilla Roofing was a much easier experience than I had at first imagined. After the storm it was hectic I was frantic and ******* came and handled everything from start to finish he handled my insurance company and organization of all the work. The quality was great, respectful crews and clean up was very thorough as well. I highly recommend this company.

This was, without question, the worst contractor experience I've ever had.The workmanship is only part of the story. The biggest issue was the complete lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism throughout the project and, especially, the final billing process.After receiving my final invoice, I simply asked Gorilla Roofing to explain how my original contract amount had increased and to provide a line-by-line reconciliation of the additional charges. You would be wise to avoid this company. Their practices are deceptive if not dishonest. Your first mistake is telling them you are putting in a claim to your insurance company. They will not give you a bid. Instead, they say they will meet with the insurance claim adjuster to inspect the roof and work with them. Basically, what that means, they will wait for the estimate from the insurance and then adjust their bid accordingly. When you get their bid, you have no idea how much they are charging for materials or labor. They ... read more
