Love! Love! Love! Grace Medical is the BEST! Charis runs an amazing business with the very best team! I had the most amazing experience today. From walking in and being greeted by the BEAUTIFUL Zoe to being checked in by Amanda who is an absolute doll to being worked on by the AMAZING and talented Christina! I’ve been visiting the facility for 15 years. The staff is amazing all of the injection. Nurses are amazing. Never had anything negative in regards to Grace Medical. :)
I’ve been to the Southington location twice which is great, staff are always so friendly. I’ve had both appointments with Christina P and she’s wonderful!
I wanted to like the spa more. I’ve been getting Botox since I was 26 (46 now), and I have also injected for 5 years at a different Medispa I used to work for. I was looking for a more local spa and heard good things about Grace, and have even met the owner previously (very lovely and beautiful person!). Unfortunately, I have had to go for a touch up each time, I think 2 touch ups once. Have been coming to Grace for a handful of years now (to the Southbury location before they opened the Southington) and they have always gone above & beyond! Every staff member has been wonderful & makes you feel at ease, which makes a huge difference coming from a naturally anxious person! Super helpful (even when I realize last minute that I made my appt at the wrong location 😅), & kind. Knowledgeable & knowing that you can trust them with your face & more... fantastic!
