I wanted to like the spa more. I’ve been getting Botox since I was 26 (46 now), and I have also injected for 5 years at a different Medispa I used to work for. I was looking for a more local spa and heard good things about Grace, and have even met the owner previously (very lovely and beautiful person!). Unfortunately, I have had to go for a touch up each time, I think 2 touch ups once. Have been coming to Grace for a handful of years now (to the Southbury location before they opened the Southington) and they have always gone above & beyond! Every staff member has been wonderful & makes you feel at ease, which makes a huge difference coming from a naturally anxious person! Super helpful (even when I realize last minute that I made my appt at the wrong location 😅), & kind. Knowledgeable & knowing that you can trust them with your face & more... fantastic!
This is amazing place to have any of their services done. The staff is very professional and friendly. I’ve been to two of their locations and the service is always the same, top notch service. I would definitely recommend booking with Grace Medical !
This was my 3rd time at the Southington location and I couldn’t be happier. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is that the decor is absolutely beautiful. It is so high end, I wish I could hire their designer for my home. Their team is extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions and designing a custom treatment plan. My favorite part, is when I leave I get so many compliments. So very happy with my experience here. It was my second appointment. My co worker brought me there. Very nice locations. Clean!! Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. And grace was fantastic!! I will continue to come back here for my aesthetic needs. If I could give 10 stars I would!!
