We stayed at this KOA for a little over a week, had to unexpectedly leave because of a work layoff. We asked for a refund for time not stayed… staff refused, very inconsiderate of our situation, so now we are out $800 for only staying a week and a half. We have stayed at many KOAs around the country and all of them have been very accommodating with our stays and if we needed to leave early we were able to be refunded accordingly. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pretty nice KOA! Lots of shady spots. The pool was already closed for the season, but I enjoyed walking my dog around the grounds. Nice views of the surrounding corn fields. Really friendly staff as well! Showers were good as well.
We stayed here overnight while traveling across Nebraska. The campground is just south of I-80: soon after the pavement road changes over to gravel, you'll make a left turn and then a right turn to drive up to the office. All of the roads and pads in the campground are gravel, while the sites have grass lawns. Most of the sites are pull-throughs with full-hooks, though there are a few water and electric sites. We just checked out from our KOA cabin and are beyond pleased! This was our first experience staying at a KOA cabin and we will be back! The room had a full-size bed and a bunk bed, which was perfect for a family! We were a short walk from very clean, nice sized, and well lit showers and restrooms and extraordinarily close to a game room with a TV that the kids could watch at the end of the evening. We have been to many many RV Parks across the US as we live fulltime in our motorhome- our home on wheels. This KOA was on the top of our list to return to when coming through Nebraska again. Number one to me is customer service and Heidi and Lawana at the front desk aced it! Our class A 43 ft diesel motorhome had a nice large site with room for our RV and car.
