Satisfied Resident I moved few months ago and I would recommend Grand Palms. It is an older property but it is also affordable. The maintenance and management team are always very responsive and nice. Great location and shopping.

Affordable, personable staff, friendly neighbors Title says it all. Have lived here for over two years as a divorced parent and the staff here has always been tops; fixing issues promptly, always friendly conversation, the neighbors are good people who just work and keep to themselves yet polite. For an older property you can expect the usual issues but that’s to be expected, affordability vs modernization, Cintia the manager and Rachel and the maintenance staff have done an outstanding job here.

Great service When I first walked through the office front doors at Grand Palms Apartments I knew this would be a great place to stay for me everyone was nice, respectful and understanding they had a lady in training she did a excellent job for one of her first times explained everything very well and made the whole process really easy.

Grand Palms I've been living at the Grand Palms for 1.5 years. I signing my second lease tomorrow to stay for another 1.5 years. When I first moved in the management was honestly, sub-par. Repairs were shotty and response times were slow. Recently, Natalie and Monchell have taken over the property. They have made big changes already. I reported a repair on Tuesday, by the end of the day the initial repair was done and a ticket was left on my kitchen table letting me know a maintenance member had been in my home. (That NEVER happened before!) On Wednesday, I called to inform office that when I first moved in a repair had been made but a "bandaid" had been placed and I wanted to let them know that it needed to be done again, Monchell let me know she would absolutely pass my message on. Much to my surprise, Natalie, called me that same day to let me know that under no circumstances would they be taking any short cuts, that the repair would be made and parts had been ordered to render a permanent fix! (SERIOUSLY! SOOOO EXCITED!) The very next day, Natalie called me again to let me know that the final repairs had been done and that painters had been called out as well to repair aesthetic damages from leak! Both, Natalie and Monchell are professional and very pleasant to deal with. I'm happy to call Grand Palms my home and I'm looking forward to all the fun activities they have planned for residents in the near future! Thanks ladies!!

Great Management The management really tries to work with you and accommodate quickly. The prices seem to vary somewhat from the website. The complex is well maintained. No garbage or trash in parking or common areas. No loud neighbors. Parking is easy. All appliances included which is a necessity for many. They are pet friendly and child friendly. They worked with me on my pet deposit. Some places are ridiculously high on their pet deposits. Pool areas are lovely and clean. Convenient to causeway bridge. Gated community. Pretty nice for the price. There is a section of the complex that has a handful of apartments that are unusual looking and a little more secluded from the main complex. Very interesting loft style bedroom in a couple of them. Huge glass panel windows , interesting beams , and one little porthole type window that adds some unique character. Not typical Northshore. If you find one of these an option for you , measure your bed first to make sure you can get it upstairs to the loft bedroom. These also have a little private patio area. Maintenance is very thorough and efficient , solves problems with appliances same day. Very reliable. So far so good!!!
