Satisfied Resident I moved few months ago and I would recommend Grand Palms. It is an older property but it is also affordable. The maintenance and management team are always very responsive and nice. Great location and shopping.

Affordable, personable staff, friendly neighbors Title says it all. Have lived here for over two years as a divorced parent and the staff here has always been tops; fixing issues promptly, always friendly conversation, the neighbors are good people who just work and keep to themselves yet polite. For an older property you can expect the usual issues but that’s to be expected, affordability vs modernization, Cintia the manager and Rachel and the maintenance staff have done an outstanding job here.

Great service When I first walked through the office front doors at Grand Palms Apartments I knew this would be a great place to stay for me everyone was nice, respectful and understanding they had a lady in training she did a excellent job for one of her first times explained everything very well and made the whole process really easy.

Grand Palms I've been living at the Grand Palms for 1.5 years. I signing my second lease tomorrow to stay for another 1.5 years. When I first moved in the management was honestly, sub-par. Repairs were shotty and response times were slow. Recently, Natalie and Monchell have taken over the property. They have made big changes already. I reported a repair on Tuesday, by the end of the day the initial repair was done and a ticket was left on my kitchen table letting me know a maintenance member had been in my home. Great Management The management really tries to work with you and accommodate quickly. The prices seem to vary somewhat from the website. The complex is well maintained. No garbage or trash in parking or common areas. No loud neighbors. Parking is easy. All appliances included which is a necessity for many. They are pet friendly and child friendly. Horrible! This apartment is horrible. The worst I've ever stayed at. It is infested with fleas and dog hair. We’ve addressed this matter with the property manager that we can’t live here yet all they can say is “ We will Keep cleaning it until the flea goes away” My wife gotten bitten and have scar all over her leg and body. She is traumatized to continue to stay there. The property manager said that if we want to move out we have to pay two months to break the contract. My Home I love my apartment. It came with a stove & dish washer. Mantaince come and fix anything that need to be fix.
