The Grand Prairie Ford Collision Center is the best place I've ever taken a vehicle for repairs. I had up-to-date reports from Jeff and he and his staff performed excellent work on my truck and I am very thankful. The quality of their work is top of the line. Good communication. Returned my vehicle in excellent condition after a collision and tirelessly worked to make sure the repairs were done correctly and completely. Customer service was above and beyond! Would do business with again
Repaired passenger door due to an accident. Awesome place that did great work. Helped work out all the details with insurance and rental car, and kept us updated with timing of repair. To top it off they detailed the truck inside and out, and made it feel like we were picking up our brand new truck all over again.
I took my car here for vehicle repairs after an accident. The first time, they left keyless entry disconnected. I took it back. Other problems arose, such as air coming through the glass and sounds from the side I was hit on. The last time, the director said he would fix it himself. Problems came back again. They started ignoring my requests when I tried to set up appointments for repairs. I took it in yesterday. A tech guy there confirmed there were problems that needed to be fixed. I can’t express how disappointed I am with the service here. I brought my car after an accident to get it taken care of and left with my front license plate missing, the left side coming undone and a mess in the back seat. Was told to go get a new license plate myself because there was nothing they could do about it and when I brought it back in to fix the bumper they don’t know what to do and it’s been over two hours, going on another, after they said it would only be a 15min.
