I will never buy a truck here again. I’m currently sitting in the service department going on 3.5 hours. So far all they have done is change the oil. I had an appointment. I’m not a walk in. Trucks been sitting stagnant for 2 hrs now waiting to get the Zak tech reapplied. Even though all my services are covered and the truck is still brand new, they tried to sell me a bunch of stuff. My Experience with Grand Prairie Ford Service Department: I don’t normally post reviews like this, but after nearly two months without my vehicle—and no meaningful communication—I feel like I have no other option. We purchased a brand-new 2023 Ford Bronco Sport in October 2023 with about 20 miles on it. Honestly, I’ve tried twice to give this place a chance for service, and both experiences have been bad. The first time was so poor that my husband ended up buying a truck from AutoNation a few days after the service instead of purchasing with them for a second time. The service staff is consistently rude, and the appointments don’t seem to matter. I was just told to bring my car in for my appointment tomorrow — only for them to “look at it” in 7–10 business days. No loaner until they diagnose it, and the person I spoke with... read more

(I personally manage a Service Department) Came here to find 2.5 stars which is no surprise. Whoever is in charge of service is welcome to call me, whoever is looking to get their car serviced, stay away. Reliably, consistently, shockingly horrible. It's worth detailing 7 service days worth of failures however it will only inconvenience me further.
