Been taking our cars here for 9 or 10 years now. Used to be a wonderful experience. Top quality. Shuttle ride home, friendly staff. Past few visits have me looking for a new shop for my 3 Fords. One visit resulted in some odd brown sticky liquid on the hood of my white car. Could definitely tell a bucket was placed on the hood of my car. I will definitely not be back to this service department. They had my car for 7 WEEKS, and seemed to care less the toll that was taking on me and my family. They never call back (even when they say they will), and I was told a different story every time I called and talked to someone. I’m a lifelong ford customer and can confidently say this dealership will never get any more business from me, my family, or friends.

This place is first class. Took my buddy to get a truck and David Flores helped us. He not only got him into a truck but was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Best car dealership ever. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place and ask for David Flores. Tell him Abraham sent you

Please don't waste your time with these guys. They're awful, they have no respect for you or your vehicle while it's in service. Zero accountability is taken when mistakes are made and they'll promise you anything to undo negative surveys sent to Ford and never deliver on those promises. Melissa Perry, the so called Customer Relations Manager, is awful to work with and I suggest she finds another role as she isn't fit to be involved with anything Customer Relations related.
