My Experience with Grand Prairie Ford Service Department: I don’t normally post reviews like this, but after nearly two months without my vehicle—and no meaningful communication—I feel like I have no other option. Honestly, I’ve tried twice to give this place a chance for service, and both experiences have been bad. The first time was so poor that my husband ended up buying a truck from AutoNation a few days after the service instead of purchasing with them for a second time. The service staff is consistently rude, and the appointments don’t seem to matter. Horrible Staff! Maricela the admin assistant set me up for an interview and even though they had very personal info about me on file, she canceled my interview and would not disclose whether or not my personal information would stay private. Terrible place, terrible staff, and overall terrible service. I also would not buy a car from a company that can't do the bare minimum with your job applications let alone a car. I will definitely not be back to this service department. They had my car for 7 WEEKS, and seemed to care less the toll that was taking on me and my family. They never call back (even when they say they will), and I was told a different story every time I called and talked to someone. I’m a lifelong ford customer and can confidently say this dealership will never get any more business from me, my family, or friends.

This place is first class. Took my buddy to get a truck and David Flores helped us. He not only got him into a truck but was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Best car dealership ever. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place and ask for David Flores. Tell him Abraham sent you
