I will never buy a truck here again. I’m currently sitting in the service department going on 3.5 hours. So far all they have done is change the oil. I had an appointment. I’m not a walk in. Trucks been sitting stagnant for 2 hrs now waiting to get the Zak tech reapplied. Even though all my services are covered and the truck is still brand new, they tried to sell me a bunch of stuff. I took my vehicle in for the 30,000 mile maintenance check. Santos was my service technician. He always takes great care of me. I was provided with a ride home. Once everything was finished, he contacted me to let me know the outcome. I provided the payment and my vehicle was delivered to me. It was nice and clean as well! 😊 Always great customer service, at this location. I'm happy I purchased my vehicle from here!
