This was by far the worst experience I have ever endured! Not one condolence or word of comfort! We were essentially placed in a “show room” of urns and caskets that we had no intention of needing. Chris was strictly business and cold. We had suffered a sudden, tragic loss and would’ve received more compassion from a used car salesman!
