I had an excellent experience with Johnny and his team. They were quick to respond, attentive, thorough and always kept me in the loop on progress. Malcolm was our project manager and he was so easy to work with - very kind and thoughtful. We are very happy with the results of their work (decl and railings refresh) and would definitely have them come back to address any of our painting needs.

Johnny and his team did a fantastic job painting our house's fascia and replacing part of the wood rot on the upper level of the house. This small project was meticulously planned, with attention to detail. The team demonstrated professionalism and high skill in their work. It has been a pleasure working with Grandview Painting, What a pleasant group of people. Hard working and really good with the multi level roof trim. We had them clean 14 years of neglected rough cedar trim and re stain it, what a difference. The scope of work was very large and way too big and for me alone, I would never have gotten it all done.
