It has been a pleasure working with Grandview Painting, What a pleasant group of people. Hard working and really good with the multi level roof trim. We had them clean 14 years of neglected rough cedar trim and re stain it, what a difference. The scope of work was very large and way too big and for me alone, I would never have gotten it all done. We had new windows installed and needed the casings painted. Johnny (the owner) came by and colour matched the house paint colour because I wanted it to match the new casings. His crew were fantastic and it was a perfect match. We have used Grandview Painters in the past and will continue using them for all our painting projects to come. The owner Johnny is so nice and he has a great crew. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had the interior of my 3 bedroom rental house painted. Johnny was easy to talk to and he remembered all the details of our conversation. He did what he said he would do. He offered saving tips to keep the quote lower and was super accommodating with key pick up. There was no dust from all the sanding that had to be done. The floors were covered and taped. The house looks great. I highly recommend Johnny and his team.

Johnny and his team did a fantastic job painting our house's fascia and replacing part of the wood rot on the upper level of the house. This small project was meticulously planned, with attention to detail. The team demonstrated professionalism and high skill in their work.
