I had the interior of my 3 bedroom rental house painted. Johnny was easy to talk to and he remembered all the details of our conversation. He did what he said he would do. He offered saving tips to keep the quote lower and was super accommodating with key pick up. There was no dust from all the sanding that had to be done. The floors were covered and taped. The house looks great. I highly recommend Johnny and his team.

Johnny and his team did a fantastic job painting our house's fascia and replacing part of the wood rot on the upper level of the house. This small project was meticulously planned, with attention to detail. The team demonstrated professionalism and high skill in their work. We are pleased with the results as our 35-year-old house looks so good after the paint 😊 Johnny’s team is highly recommended 👍👍👍

It has been a pleasure working with Grandview Painting, What a pleasant group of people. Hard working and really good with the multi level roof trim. We had them clean 14 years of neglected rough cedar trim and re stain it, what a difference. The scope of work was very large and way too big and for me alone, I would never have gotten it all done. I had put off painting my condo for years - I felt overwhelmed about the work required, picking colours, etc. But from start to finish, Johnny and the Grandview Painting team offered exceptional service. The whole process was very smooth and I'm thrilled with the high quality result. Glad I finally took the leap and am loving my refreshed space!!
