I can't say enough positives for Granny Nannies. After hearing many wonderful personal reviews from people in the area (Ocala), I decided to go with Granny Nannies caregivers for my mother. When I made the initial call, I was given all the information about what services they provide, with clear pricing, and they were even able to get a caregiver out to us the following day! Overall, our family was very satisfied with Granny Nannies and their staff. I would like to call out two people by name Johnie (hoped it is spelled this way) and Karen who looked after my mother and were exceptionally patient and caring. There were other good people who assisted caring for our mother unfortunately I cannot recall their names. They took good care of my sister who needed 24/7 care for a few days. Despite the short notice and numerous changes to our schedule, they were able to meet our ever—changing needs. Each care giver was kind, understanding and helpful. I highly recommend Granny Nannie’s!

In our time of need, Granny Nannies came through. Clarencina, with whom I spoke, was always polite, knowledgeable. She did her best for us on every occasion I needed her help. The people who provided that help were all wonderful. We needed assistance for my father overnight in re-hab facility and no one let us down. Thank you all for a great job.
