Today was my first appointment with Dr. Grant, and it was a great experience. Dr. Grant is someone I genuinely trust. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He made everything easy to understand and created a comfortable environment to talk openly. I never felt rushed, and he really listened. Highly recommend. 10/10.

They send me these requests and it's not clear if I'm reviewing my doctor or the company. My doc is 5 stars. Lifestance is 2 stars at best with a LOT to work on. Mo Wallet area to change my credit card and delete ones I don't ever want charged. No functioning auto pay. Insane reminders including 5 texts, 5 emails and 2 phone calls even after I've clearly selected email only (confirmed this morning). Rescheduling appointments is near impossible.
