Craig works in the parts department at grapevine Ford and always delivers top notch customer service. I don't know about before but right now if you'll need something you can always ask for Craig and Craig treat you with dignity and respect always. He is very knowledgeable in parts. You will not be disappointed.
Needed to get new wiper blades. Parts department was awesome. Went to service to have them install & they said talk to Jackson. Jackson Harper helped out and put the wiper blades on. He didn’t have to do that. Shout out to Jackson & huge thank you!
If you purchase an item online, your order might be delayed for months, or even over a year. When I finally received an email informing me that the part had been delivered, I had already sold my car and had a new one 😂. Additionally, when I called to verify the delivery, they couldn’t locate the part.
Terrible customer service in the parts department. I try not to ever use them because it is impossible to get them on the phone. Five Star Ford in Hurst is much better. Grapevine Ford sucks!! One star is way above what they deserve. It should be negative zero stars.
Called to get a jack for my truck. They said I have to come in to the store to pay the 40.00 for them to order it. What?? We are in 2024 and I have to drive up there to order a part? You can buy a car over the phone or internet but you cant order a jack. Great customer service.
