They work very well on a good day, I feel like they need more employees. Their quick line can move very very slow even with an appointment, but nevertheless, their employees can be very kind.
Highly recommend Steven Lucas, he was super helpful and friendly. Didn't know exactly what I wanted when I walked in, but he gave me so many options in my price range to choose from. I have never bought a car on my own and was hesitant, but I'm so glad I chose to bring my business here!

Looks like Grapevine Ford takes these reviews seriously. I was in contact with Grapevine Ford, again, and this time, they told me everything over the phone. Sent me paper work to verify. Confirmed the price. Though admittedly they did not exactly match the price on Autotrader, this time, they got very close. And close enough for me to purchase the vehicle. And everything went well.

I worked with Brandon Walker and Joe from financing and they were both tremendously helpful! I got exactly the car that I wanted with all the bells and whistles, at the payment I desired and lots and lots of help. There were a few roadblocks and I thought I wasn't going to be able to get the car, but Brandon and Joe went the extra mile for me and I got to drive it off the lot!
We came here after being let down by another dealership. But this place saved the day! Branden got us the car for UNDER the asking price. That was just impressive. Once we got into financing, Joe got us out of his office in about 20 minutes. Things don't need to be complicated when it comes to buying a car. And this dealership proved that! Thanks guys!
In my previous review. They made good on their mistake, retrieved the truck and made a deal. Sube was outstanding and didn't have control of the previous situation. What had happened was out of his control but once he got the control back he handled it like a true professional. My experience was very professional and they owned the mistake. Transmission started slipping about 3 weeks before moving to a different state. Obviously was stressed about getting it fixed in time. Took my car to Grapevine Ford and they were able to help me get it fixed before the move with plenty of time! Car runs great now! Great service and great people working here!
