He kept me informed throughout the process, took the time to explain the details, and clearly outlined what was covered under the warranty. While reaching someone at the dealership can sometimes be challenging, I was very pleased to have direct access to Sam whenever needed. Heath walked out to meet the car when I drove in the garage. Warmly welcome me and immediately took photos of the car and then went into the office. Car was moved before I could sit down. He Arranged for me to have a ride over to the Mall and a pickup. Car was finished , sensor replaced, washed and windshield road arrows replaced. They keep getting knocked off by another driver. I scheduled a service appointment yesterday for 9:00 a.m. this morning. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was informed that my appointment was not in their system. Fortunately, I was able to provide my confirmation email as proof of the appointment, and my vehicle was then accepted for service.
