Made an appointment for a warranty (seatbelt) recall which took over 1 and 1/2 years to get the parts. Provided service manager with a list of electronic code defaults and asked to check on these as well. They performed other authorized engine service repairs and repaired the warranty items but did not address the printed default items. Sajmira was great and coordinated the appointment for four recall issues beautifully. She also had the mechanic press in on an issue we had for a while. It turned out to be a turbo issue and Grapevine Lincoln covered it for me under the power train warranty. Great service and very clean facility. Sajmira was the cherry on top.

I brought my vehicle in to have replacement part installed that had been ordered. They gave me loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. I also had oil change & tire rotation. It was all under warranty & Black Label Service. Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend Grapevine Lincoln Service Department!

Five-Star Service at Grapevine Lincoln. I had an exceptional experience getting my 2020 Lincoln Aviator serviced at Grapevine Lincoln. Although the initial two-day estimate was extended after their thorough diagnosis revealed additional issues, the team handled everything perfectly. The service manager Sajmira Perona was incredibly helpful, providing me with a loaner vehicle so my schedule wasn't disrupted. Sajmira was helpful as always, she set up a loaner vehicle while the service department was working on ours. We had a faulting sensor which was covered by the dealership because the issue was persistent and kept occurring from multiple times getting that sensor worked on. I have used this dealership since the purchase of our Lincoln and will continue to stay as a customer.
