Great experience from start to finish! I brought my 2023 Lincoln Aviator Black Label in for maintenance and recall work, and Sajmira Perona was fantastic. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and made everything easy. Although a loaner wasn’t available, Sajmira arranged a ride home and even had a shuttle pick me up when my Aviator was ready. My vehicle was washed and clean when I arrived. Excellent communication and customer service. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Sajmira!
Sam in the service department did a great job supporting me with the issues on my Lincoln. He kept me informed throughout the process, took the time to explain the details, and clearly outlined what was covered under the warranty. His professionalism, communication, and customer service were outstanding. I highly recommend asking for Sam if you want excellent service and support.

Heath walked out to meet the car when I drove in the garage. Warmly welcome me and immediately took photos of the car and then went into the office. Car was moved before I could sit down. He Arranged for me to have a ride over to the Mall and a pickup. Car was finished , sensor replaced, washed and windshield road arrows replaced. They keep getting knocked off by another driver.
