We made an appointment several days in advance of leaving our 2019 Lincoln Navigator for safety focused repairs and recalls. Neither at that time, nor at the time of drop off, were we informed they had an up to EIGHT WEEK delay. They had our vehicle for five days and did not communicate any delays to us until we called them on the day we had told them we would need the vehicle. Great service experience with my Lincoln service at the Grapevine location. I found the service fast and convenient. My Service Manager, Sajmira, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly, my car was finished at the time she promised.
The Grapevine Lincoln Service Department Staff have always been professional, attentive, and meet or exceed their commitment of when my vehicle would be returned after planned repairs. They are pleasant and easy to work with.
We bought a new Lincoln Navigator in 2023 with only 4 miles on it, and though we like the looks of the Navigator, how it drives, the maintenance has been a disaster. We have had the vehicle into Grapevine Lincoln about 6 to 8 times in two years and they never repair the back window to the back door that lifts up. Lincoln Nautilus (2021) showed signs of a battery problem. Sam Blue very responsive in scheduling service appointment, which resulted in battery replacement under warranty. Kudos to Sam for being customer-centric all through the process.
