Five-Star Service at Grapevine Lincoln. I had an exceptional experience getting my 2020 Lincoln Aviator serviced at Grapevine Lincoln. Although the initial two-day estimate was extended after their thorough diagnosis revealed additional issues, the team handled everything perfectly. The service manager Sajmira Perona was incredibly helpful, providing me with a loaner vehicle so my schedule wasn't disrupted. Sent car in THREE times for same transmission issue. They claimed it was a software issue the first time. Something else the second time and the third time something else. Wasted my time, there time and who’s know how much money replacing parts that didn’t need to be. Had something sliding around behind the dash and they did NOTHING claiming it was an air freshener that was clipped to an air vent that made no noise whatsoever! Had a 7:00 a.m. appt for my Aviator maintenance & new tires. I made this appt several weeks in advance to ensure I recvd a loaner vehicle of the same model (I would have brought it in much earlier if not for the loaner request). I arrived first and pulled in right when they opened the bay doors. One other vehicle was behind me and a few minutes later 2 others pulled in next to me. All 3 were waited on ahead of me. Sam provided exceptional customer service and professionalism in handling getting our Corsair in for a Zaktek treatment which was covered at no cost with our MPP program. He was friendly, personable and polite- a joy to work with! We love Grapevine Lincoln and Ford- always the best!
The Lincoln service center did a fantastic job. This is the first car maintenance appointment I’ve ever had where my car was picked up, serviced and delivered! It looked great, runs great and I didn’t miss a single beat at work. You’ve got a customer for life! Also, Mario, who sold me the car, is wonderful and just recently checked in with me to make sure I still love my Nautilus and I do!!
