What a great company. Service is wonderful. Once recently my furnace wouldn't go on -on a Saturday. I called the Phone number and got one of the owners. He was at a football game for his son. He walked me through it and i followed his instructions and it and the furnace started right up.
Lovely on the phone and in person. Friendly, helpful. And they speak English fluently. Excellent prompt courteous service. They've been in business for decades, and for good reason. Don't hesitate to give this company your business.
Doug and his team converted us from an oil boiler to a high-efficient propane boiler. There were a lot of steps to the process, including moving the boiler location and piping to our generator. Nate and the rest of the install crew did a great job of thinking through the project, communicating with us and doing professional work. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
I have a special relationship with Gray's. You see, I used to be the guy who sold Norman Gray his heating oil wholesale at the company I worked for. Norman always came in to my office and made sure I had my pencil as sharp as it could be for his customers. I never forgot. This is a real Maine company run by real Mainers for real Mainers. I like the new crew a lot.
We are having issues with our oil burner and require some new parts. Thought this would be a long process and with winter approaching we wanted to get the burner ready. Made the call, got a quick quote and the repair will be done next week. This is how service used to be when we first came to Maine 25 years ago. Glad we switched to Grey's Heating!
