What a great company. Service is wonderful. Once recently my furnace wouldn't go on -on a Saturday. I called the Phone number and got one of the owners. He was at a football game for his son. He walked me through it and i followed his instructions and it and the furnace started right up.
Lovely on the phone and in person. Friendly, helpful. And they speak English fluently. Excellent prompt courteous service. They've been in business for decades, and for good reason. Don't hesitate to give this company your business.
I have a special relationship with Gray's. You see, I used to be the guy who sold Norman Gray his heating oil wholesale at the company I worked for. Norman always came in to my office and made sure I had my pencil as sharp as it could be for his customers. I never forgot. This is a real Maine company run by real Mainers for real Mainers. I like the new crew a lot.
Doug and his team converted us from an oil boiler to a high-efficient propane boiler. There were a lot of steps to the process, including moving the boiler location and piping to our generator. Nate and the rest of the install crew did a great job of thinking through the project, communicating with us and doing professional work. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Very professional. They've replaced our oil tank and the hot water tank off the boiler. We're in the fourth year they've been servicing the boiler and have never had need for an after hours service call - far from the case with our last vendor.
