Don’t do business with this company unless you want to be belittled, talked down to & made to feel less than. Especially if you receive any form of government assistance! Doug is rude, disrespectful and quite frankly ignorant when it comes to his job! Especially since he belittled a full time mom of three children. SHAME ON YOU DOUG!!!

Doug was extremely rude to me on the phone
Doug seems to think that utilizing assistance means that you don't pay taxes and that somehow his personal taxes are paying for your oil regardless of whether you are paying cash or using the assistance allotted to you. Doug, I really pray you get back what you put into this world we all have to live in.
From what I understand, Doug is the owner and there is a friend of mine who needed emergency oil and her government assistance was used against her, although she pays taxes. She was told to have made better choices. This is condescending and rude. He does not know her. Doug piece of advice make better choices.
