Had an oil change. Got down the street and smoke was billowing out of engine compartment. Drive back and O ring on oil filter had split, leaking oil. The Manager Teshawn was great! New filter and O ring, oil re-changed and engine compartment washed out. No questions asked. Great Service! Shout out to the 3 guys working there today!
Had the best experience I've had in years! Joe was great! Very knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and nice to look at! I use to dred coming to get my oil change because of prior staff members being creepy. Now ill come get my oil changed on time instead of procrastinating 🤣 Thanks Joe for not being a creeper!!
I Had to come back and change my 5 star review I was asked to do a five star review after my service for a free car wash, wich you guys can keep ;) After receiving my oil change, I was charged a little extra. I was apparently charged for the person behind me. I used to love this one until they changed over the management. I had to get all of my brakes replaced about 4 months ago, and I’m back to get them checked again because they don’t feel right. I went to the new location (PCB) that the previous manager from this one has moved to, and not only were there problems with my car’s brakes installation, but they found that a tool was left behind IN the wheel well that could have caused pretty bad damage.
