Perfect service, perfect gentlemen. I can’t say enough good things about this place. As a single woman, it’s easy to feel taken advantage of in car service shops, but the team here was nothing but respectful, informative, and professional. They changed my oil, replaced my air filter, and topped off all my fluids quickly and efficiently. They walked me through every step and never pressured me into unnecessary services. We called before coming and Joe was helpful and let us know they were understaffed and there may be a wait. When we came, we waited for a relatively short time considering the circumstances! Demetrius took care of everything we needed, super quick and was a perfect gentleman! We have come a few times before and have always left pleased with their services and we will continue coming back for sure!!
I am one of the managers at a local business. I work in the transportation dept.We have 3 vans that we bring to Grease Pro. I could pick anywhere to go for routine service. Have been using this location to get my oil changed for about 4 years. Never have to wait long to get my truck in and they are quick to get the job done. I spoke with 3 oil change mechanics about the issue I was having with my oil pressure and level. After explaining this I was told not to start my car, have it towed to location where they would provide oil change and if needed a flush of engine. I had car towed and the service manager came out to greet me. I explained the issues as I had done previously this morning and he informed me the work that might need to be done on my car was not in the scope of what he could provide.
