I own several high end cars that require specific dealers to change oils and fluids running into the thousands! But have started taking everything to these guys and they do a great job everytime! And for a quarter of the price!!! Thanks Grease Pro!!! You guys are great 👍
While riding during Bike Week our new foot pegs became loose and Grease Pro was the closest place for us to stop.. Even though it wasnt a paid service, they took the time to help us and get our pegs tightened down so that we’d be safe riding again. They were all friendly and helpful and I would trust them with service on my car any time!
It took slightly longer than I expected, but the guys working today were obviously short-handed. They were all working their tails off, communicating with all of us throughout the process and went above and beyond to make it right and get the cars moved through as quickly as they possibly could. All of them were amazingly nice, courteous and professional. Will definitely be back for future service on the truck.
Not normally a bad reviewer . Only review when something is good or different or very bad . One star for staff being nice. Left my truck in for oil change and tire rotation since I lived at an partment complex at the time. Got a call to say they broke the valve stem and now the tire pressure monitor was not working. People make mistakes. When I picked truck up the manager said they didnt have the equipment to retune the sensor but if I took it to their other store in Panama City the manager woudl fix it. My son went in for a transmission fluid change. They changed the fluids, my son asked if they checked the levels after changing the fluid and the guy said no, we don’t have the tool. Why would you take on a job if you were able to complete it properly. So now a trip to the dealership to make sure the fluid is a the correct level. My son was also told $35 first then $86 from another guy at checkout. Very rude employees at this location.
